Inshore Fishing Trips
Come fishing with Captain Ron on an inshore saltwater fishing adventure along Daytona’s Halifax River and the Intracoastal Waterway. The mangrove lined shorelines and adjacent wetlands are habitat for many of Florida’s most popular inshore species including Redfish, Flounder, Black Drum and Snook. We can fish as far as the famous Ponce Inlet and may encounter Pompano, Mangrove Snapper, Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel or even Jack Crevalle along the way.

Nearshore Fishing Trips
Just off the coast of Daytona Beach you’ll find some of the best fishing in Florida. We’ll be fishing Daytona’s famous artificial reefs established long ago and now habitat for an astonishing variety of fish. You’ll be fishing the reefs up to 3 miles from the inlet for Big Bull Redfish, Black Drum, Mangrove Snapper, Lane Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Flounder, Sea Bass, Whitings, Weakfish, Spanish Mackerel and Sheepshead. You may even encounter hard fighting Cobia in these nearshore waters.

Shark Fishing Trips
Daytona Beach is one of the best places to encounter sharks in all of Florida. Sharks can be found very close to shore in Daytona Beach and even in the coastal rivers. On a Daytona Beach shark fishing adventure with Captain Ron you’ll be fishing for sharks up to 3 miles off the coast where there are plenty of sharks. Some of the shark species you may encounter are Atlantic Sharp Nosed Sharks, Black Tip Sharks, Hammerheads, Shovel Head Sharks, Lemon Sharks and even the infamous Bull Shark.
